Apica notebooks are known for their ultra high-quality paper. Made in Japan, these journals include all the features that a fountain pen user needs – the paper is a slight off-white colour, super smooth and ruled with soft grey lines. For a good comparator, the paper is most likened to that of a Rhodia notebook. All Apica notebooks are stitch bound and each page has a designated space for a page number and date. Good to know Apica was founded in Osaka in 1916 under the brand name ‘Japan Notebook Manufacturer’, eventually changing their name to Apica in 1973. The paper used in the CD notebooks is developed exclusively for Apica in collaboration with Oji Paper, a company known for their sustainable forestry and responsible paper production. 34 sheets (68 pages) 6.5mm ruled paper (32 lines per page) Paper weight: 81.4g GSM Side Stitch Bound White acid-free paper Fountain Pen friendly paper 19cm x 25cm Made in Japan Alternative colours available: Yellow, White, Blue, Red, Green, Gray and Light Blue
